Google Shopping is a new way for merchants to list their products
The next step is to submit the products that you want to advertise on Google Shopping through Merchant Center. To do so, go to your Merchant Center account, click on “Add a product” from the left-hand menu and submit your product information. Make sure you don’t forget the optional image for each product.
You must verify ownership of any product that you want to advertise before we can show your ads. To complete the verification, go to Merchant Center and follow the instructions: click on “Add a Product” from the left-hand menu and select “Verify product data”. Then select ” Verify now “.

You can also create your own product data feed using the Merchant Center or Adwords Express tools. Or you can simply send us a list of your products in CSV format.
Are publishers allowed to monetize my products?
No. We cannot allow any third parties to monetize your products. Publishers are not allowed to show Google Shopping ads or product listing ads on any pages where they will be paid for clicks or impressions by anyone other than Google.
